Refund policy

At Butterfields Candies, we love making our candies and want you to enjoy them too. If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products you purchased from us, we will gladly provide you with a refund or replace the candy free of charge.

Butterfields Candies are made with the finest ingredients, with no preservatives added, which means that they will become sticky, and stuck together if left open.  This is the nature of hard candies.  We are not able to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, be it on another ecommerce platform, online market, or Amazon.

In addition, due to the heat-sensitive nature of our products, we cannot guarantee freshness of product that is shipped Internationally, to a PO box or APO/FPO address, or is delivered to a UPS Access Point® location.

To submit a refund request, simply call 252-459-2577 or email us at sales@butterfieldscandies.com.  Please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Your full name, address, phone number, email address, and preferred method of contact

  • A brief description of why you are unsatisfied with your product

  • The date you purchased your product

  • Where you purchased your product

  • A copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase

You must submit your refund request within 30 days of the date of purchase.
