Thank you for choosing Butterfields Candy! We really appreciate your business. All orders are shipped via UPS and/or USPS out of our Nashville, North Carolina facility within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary due to holidays. If you have any problems with your order, or with the website please call us at 252-459-2577 or toll-free at 877-605-2257. We love to hear that our customers are happy, we want to make sure our customers are happy, and we really appreciate your business! Please review the shipping map with estimated travel days below.

Please remember that these are estimates – if you need your package to arrive on a specific date, please contact us at 252-459-2577 to place your order. UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day must be placed by 11:00 a.m. EST, Monday – Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Express shipments deliver Monday – Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not factored into the delivery time of next day shipments (i.e. A 2nd Day Shipment order that shipped on Friday, would be delivered on Tuesday). UPS does not ship to P.O. box addresses. But we do send many shipments via United States Postal Service for our customers. If you have an APO/FPO address, please be sure to fill out all the information with full name. For International orders, please contact Customer Service at 252-459-2577 for more information. Shipping does not include international rates and/or duty fees.
